The session times are as follows – choose only one session time, which lasts two hours to enjoy your two treatments and delicious refreshments.
Session 1 - 9.30 am - 11.30am – two places available only
Session 2 - 12.00 noon – 2.00pm - two places available only
Session 3 - 2.15pm -4.15pm - two places available only
Session 4 - 4.30pm - 6.30pm – two places available only

Once your loved one has received their Relax and Pamper Me Voucher, they can call us to choose their specialised treatments, their preferred day and session times or go online to book their personal experience themselves.

OMNI Kriya Massage Therapy

Reflexology - hands or feet.
This truly relaxing and stimulating ancient therapy will help promote better health and vitality. Truly retreating into wellness, this reflexology therapy is a soothing and informative style of pressure massage into the feet or hands which stimulates healing through the entire body.
Indian head massage
Using ancient massage stroking techniques with a blend of pure essential oils, Indian head massage uses a system of pressure strokes into the skull to soothe away stresses and tension through the entire head. A calming and refreshing therapy to bring a sense of relief and being back in control.
Sports Massage
