Dear friends and Retreat into Wellness family,
After a year of successful day retreats, we are planning weekend retreats in 2024.
An all-inclusive package with luxury accommodation, a personal chef, plant based breakfasts, lunches and evening meals and all refreshments, this weekend offers a full and relaxing programme of activities and therapies to promote better wellbeing.
From dance and exercise, yoga, massage, reflexology, energy healings, walks and healing talks,
we guarantee you will come away feeling refreshed, relaxed and focussed.
Together with like-minded people, you will experience new and beneficial ways to live a more meaningful and healthy life.
Please book early as places are limited to 8 per weekend.
An All Inclusive price of £470 per person.
This can be spread over 5 payments. Deposit - £70 upon booking, then £100 each month thereafter–
February, March, April and May 2024. Set up as a standing order.
